Tom is a senior executive with more than 25 years of experience in Information Technology line-management and management consulting. He's an expert in achieving IT turnarounds in small and large companies, aligning IT and business strategy, implementing IT for new business capability and achieving bottom-line improvement.

Clients include Aramark, Bates Advertising, GE Capital, Hilton Hotels, IEEE, Ingersoll Rand, New School University, Saatchi & Saatchi and U.S. Tennis Association. Tom served as SVP and CIO at Philip Morris, New York Life, Richardson Vicks (Procter & Gamble), Emery Airfreight and BMW.

Tom holds an MBA from The Wharton School and BS in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University. He's past Chairman of the New York Chapter of the Society of Information Management and former Director of SIM International. He's contributing author to Chief Executive magazine; past member of The Research Board and The Conference Board; and Advisory Board Member of Norwalk Community College.

Joe is one of the leading consultants in the field of Information Technology, with a major emphasis on delivering business results through the use of technology. He's worked with more than 150 companies — encompassing more than 30 years — in the development of IT Strategies; Business Process Reengineering; Organizational Effectiveness; Systems Architectures; Outsourcing; establishment of IT Executive Steering Committees; and centralized, decentralized and dispersed computing strategies. He's well known for activities in the turnaround management of IT organizations. He and his staff were directly responsible of the management and turnaround of more than 25 IT organizations.

Clients include Collins Foods International, Continental Bank, E. & J. Gallo, Franklin Covey, Kellogg, Mattel Toys, Merrill Lynch, Molson Companies, New York Life, Northrop, Philip Morris, Shure Brothers, Star Tribune, TRW, TWA, Weyerhaeuser and Wickes Companies. Joe served as VP of A.T. Dennis is a Senior Business and Information Technology executive and transformation leader with over 20 years of broad corporate, consulting and outsourcing experience. He has extensive background and experience with outsourcing, business development, technology deployment, organization development, profit management, business and strategic planning, technology assessment and leadership training. Dennis is a highly motivated and articulate executive with a track record of delivering results.

Dennis’s industry experience includes outsourcing, manufacturing, healthcare, insurance, transportation, investment management, loan servicing, call centers and inventory and distribution management. Representative clients include Sears, Towers Perrin, MetLife, the Federal Reserve, Regal Entertainment Group, Cleo Inc., Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, Underwriters Insurance Group, TWA, Fiduciary Trust Company International, Computer Data Systems, Inc. and the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission. Dennis served as Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Computer Data Systems, Inc (CDSI). At CDSI, Dennis was responsible for the information technology, distribution and fulfillment needs of all internal and external customers.

Dennis holds a Bachelors of Science in Chemistry from the University of Maryland. He was appointed by the County Executive to develop the strategic information technology plan for Montgomery County, Maryland. As an accomplished speaker, Dennis regularly presents on a variety of business, technology and outsourcing issues.

Michael S. Glynn, Managing Partner, Transition PartnersMichael S. Glynn
Managing Partner
Mike is a results-oriented Information Technology executive with over 25 years of experience in Outsourcing, General Management, IT Services, Project Management and Management Consulting. He has proven strengths in operating and growing businesses, and delivers high levels of customer satisfaction to clients in a variety of industries and environments. Mr. Glynn has held senior positions managing businesses with up to 2,000 employees and has had P&L responsibility of up to $200 million. He has managed IT roles and led consulting businesses which served most industries. He is highly skilled in delivering services such as IT Assessments, Outsourcing, Process Reengineering, Project Management, and IT Strategy.

Clients include General Motors, EDS, Delphi, Arrowhead Products, Romano Brothers, Kraft, and QRS. Mike served as an EDS Business Unit President; a Vice President for A. T. Kearney; a Managing Partner for EDS Management Consulting; the CEO at TransTech, Inc.; and a Managing Director for CSC Consulting in Chicago.

Mike received his BS in Computer Science from Kansas State University and holds a MS in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors for the Chicago Chapter of the Society for Information Management (SIM) and serves on the Board of Advisors for Kansas State University’s School of Finance. He is also a member of the Executives’ Club of Chicago.

Dr. Gwyn J. Myers, Managing Partner, Transition PartnersDr. Gwyn J. Myers
Managing Director
Gwyn focuses on the attainment of practical business benefits and productivity gains through positioning and leveraging technology. Her thorough understanding of the corporate environment has been demonstrated during engagements to establish strategic direction, re-engineer business processes, develop flexible support structures, negotiate vendor contracts, mitigate business risks associated with technology failure, and facilitate major change through turnaround management.

Clients include the City of Los Angeles, Gannett, Legato Systems, Levi-Strauss, Liberty Mutual, MCA, Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center, Perrier, TRW and Weyerhaeuser. She also led the IT turnaround management contract at TWA as interim CIO.

Gwyn holds a PhD in Executive Management from Claremont Graduate School; an MBA with an emphasis in Quantitative Analysis, an MS in Education and a BS in Business from the University of Southern California. She is a member of Rotary International and serves on the Board of Directors of Presbyterian Intercommunity Hospital.

Richard is a prominent Senior Operations executive with 25 years of proven leadership and a record of success across the disciplines of IT, including Application Design, Service Delivery, Operational Support, Customer Service and Sales. He is seasoned in building and/or fixing large, complex organizations, matrixed, cross-cultural and geographically distributed. He has a proven track record in developing low-cost, high-service operations and partnering with lines of business to use Operations and Technology for improved business performance.

Richard has worked in many industries, including Airlines, Entertainment, Defense, Financial Services, Healthcare (Pharma and Provider), Manufacturing, Energy, Retail, Tech and Telecommunications. He has been responsible for many IT turnaround engagements; developing and implementing IT planning and strategy; stabilizing project delivery; developing the organization; rationalizing supplier reltionships and getting IT “in-synch” with the Business.

Richard’s experience includes start-ups; large corporations and consulting. He served as CIO and VP with Amerada Hess Corp.; VP/Principal with CSC; Founder of Decision Strategies Group; Consultant with McKinsey & Company – London; Manager of European IS and Consultant to the Chairman with Salomon Brothers – London & Tokyo; Program Manager for British Airways - New York & London; Program Director for Gartner Group.

Richard received his BS in Electrical Engineering / Biomedical Engineering from Washington University and his MS in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University. He is a member of SIM (Society for Information Management); IEEE (participant in the P1003 committee for the standardization of Unix) and is founder of Stillwater Associates (UK’s first database marketing company). In addition, he has been a consultant to the Boards of Sentara Health Systems, and to the Chairman, CEO and Board of HIP of NJ and participates on the advisory board of several Investment Banks relating to their High Tech Sector analysis. He is Series 7 certified and licensed and has held various levels of security clearances.
