Effectiveness Assessment
During this phase, an effectiveness assessment of the IT organization is performed to identify and document those areas that the turnaround must focus on. It also establishes the commitments and objectives to be achieved by the Interim Management Team.

Interim Management
The execution of an Interim Management contract requires approximately nine to eighteen months to accomplish,
depending on organization size, complexity of environment, and problems to be solved.

During Transition Partners’ tenure, the Interim Management Team’s major responsibilities are:

  • Managing daily IT activities
  • Effecting quick turnaround in the performance of the IT organization
  • Developing within the client company a strong, reliable, enduring professional IT organization, which includes finding and training replacements for the Transition Partners’ Interim Management Team
  • Installing methods and practices for ensuring an ongoing, quality organization with appropriate business management governance, reporting, and control
